Wisdom Practice
1. Find out the area in your body where the badfeeling happens. Observe if this feeling
always happens at the same time, always
happens at the same location or always
happens with a specific person.
2. What kind of feeling is this and what is this
feeling trying to tell you? After you realise, tell
your subconscious mind that you
acknowledge. If it is about anger or
disappointment, you will solve the problem
within 24 hours.
3. Then the feeling in your body will disappear
and be replaced with one of relaxation.
