Many times I have to meet or to work with fake and real people. What is the difference between real people and fake ones? The fake person always changes. They have no standing point and their confidence shows on the surface or outside only.
Real people are very comfortable to work with. They have good discipline and they know their responsibilities. Thus, it is easy to make it to the target.
When you tell yourself about the good things, about how good you are, about successful you can be, you will feel a good feeling of power and creativity. Your confidence will increase every day.

  •  Listen and find out where your inner sound comes from. Listen and observe if it is easy to catch the words. Is it fast or slow?
  •  Talk to yourself in that position. Tell yourself you are confident and you can make anything happen and be successful.

I would say the most difficult thing to do is to “not lie”. When people say they have never lied in their lives, I would not believe them. Others may talk about the white lie which could be the truth or maybe not.
One of the reasons why people lie to others may be because it makes them feel good, superior or better than others. In the opposite way, it also damages themselves because they have no chance to see the truth, to see their weak point, what needs to improve and finally, they would not able to accept the truth if that truth makes them feel bad.


Practice: 2


  • Stop and look at yourself. Look at the way that you live.
  • See if you are relaxed. Adjust your sitting position. You can feel the power and confidence.
  • Feel the confidence all over your body. Relax your face and listen to your beautiful voice.
  • Speak slowly and clearly. Think about how good you are, how lovely you are.
  • You yourself can make it happen. You can make it successful.
  • Tell yourself “I have the capability.  I can do everything. I can make things happen and I can be successful”.

In my opinion the reason why some people are not successful is not because they have something wrong in themselves but because they plan to be unsuccessful. It seemed strange but it is the truth.
Among highly successful people, when there were some mistakes, they would not give up, but they would learn from them. Thus, they would prepare more and become more successful.
This is similar to the concept of energy transfer. Materials which have the same frequency can resonate with each other. We can link to materials, people and be as successful as we want.

  1. Imagine a picture of yourself, very confident, sitting or standing in front of you.
  2. Step into that picture. See through those eyes, listen with those ears and feel the feeling of high confidence.
  3. See another picture of yourself with more power, more confidence, looking very relaxed and very happy.
  4. Step into that picture again. See, hear and feel the image.

What to Prepare: Mind

One morning after I awoke, I looked at the ceiling and I could not see anything different from the day before. However, one thing is the same, it is me.
This reminded me of when I first travelled from Thailand to the UK many years ago. It was the first time I had to travel alone. It was a long stay for the purpose of studying. I prepared all the things I would need and packed them in my suitcases.
