Journey 15: " Time to Delete"

Journey 15

Delete

In each day of our life, there are many activities.
Some are good and some are bad. The good and
successful ones give us happiness and
cheerfulness. However, the bad and disappointing
ones give us sadness, anger and stress.
The feeling of sadness and disappointment from the
past is rooted inside our body. This feeling could
prevent us from making progress in our future.
Thus, it is better to get rid of this negative feeling
which hides inside our body.

Practice in Changing the Past

Practice in Changing the Past

Imagine you are sitting in the cinema or thetheatre in the last row and far away from the
screen or stage.

On the screen there is a movie about a
disappointing and unhappy story which
happened in the past.

The story runs backwards at high speed. It is
just like a story of other people. The story
runs faster and faster until you cannot feel
any sad or unhappy feeling.

Change the screen to be bigger and make it
show your success story which will happen in
the future.

Move yourself into that movie. Feel the
confident and successful feeling. Everything
has gone to plan.

Journey 14: The Past

Journey 14: The Past

I always have the same nightmare about an event
which took place many years ago. Although it
occurred a long time ago, it is still fresh in my
memory. It has an effect on my present life and it
may affect my future too.
Example: I was drowning when I was 6 or 7 years
old. Since then every time I get close to a canal,
pool or lake, I feel scared, nervous and frighted. It is
nearly 40 years ago now and I have learnt to swim.
Whenever I swim in the deep end, that feeling still
occurs inside my heart.

Change the bad memory

  • Change the past event.
  • Recover the memories from unhappy or
disappointing events.

The effect of contact gap

The effect of contact gap

The arc starts to move off from the contact region
when the contact gap is less than previously
thought [35].

The arc current is dependant on the
contact opening velocity. The anode root velocity on
the moving contact is more than the cathode root on
the fixed contact. The total mass flow decreases as
the contact opening velocity is increased. There are
more electronegative elements more at high contact
opening velocities than at lower velocities.

This research suggests that low contact velocity
MCBs can gain the same performance of the arc root
motion from the contact region as fast contact
opening. It also makes the use of smart material
actuation possible in these devices.

How to transform a disadvantage into an advantage

How to transform a disadvantage into an advantage:

Think about things you want to do but you could
not make happen or the result was not as you
expected. For example, I have never got any job
offers, although I have attended a number of
interviews.
Think about 5 good things you get from the
disappointment of not getting a job.

5 Good things are:
1. I have time for family, teaching my kid,
looking after my husband and decorating my
house.
2. I have the chance to learn new skills such as
cake baking and cake decoration.
3. I have time to write books and publish them,
selling them worldwide.
4. I have time to stop and think about what is
happening in my life and I have time to plan
for the future.
5. I have time for a break and to practice
meditation.
