Journey 4: How to practice "Images in Mind"




Practice: 4

  • Watch your success stories in the future.Listen to the song and observe your face, your posture and your eyes.
     
  • Keep watching the stories while relaxing and
    being happy.
     
  • When you are ready, get in to the event. See
    from those eyes, listen from those ears and
    feel the successful feeling.
     
  • Expanding the picture bigger, sound louder,
    and feel stronger.
     
  • Observe where you can feel the strongest
    feeling in your body. Paint it with pink colour
    then, move this pink colour all over your
    body.
  • Increase the colour. Make it twice as bright
    and come back to present. Remember that
    feeling of success and confidence.
