Journey 9: Let's Travel to the Future together

Practice 9: Let's Travel to the Future together

Think about what you want to be excitedabout such as finding a challenging job or
earning a lot of money.

Think about what you like to do, what you
enjoy, and the things that you very much
want to do.

For example: I made a big 4 tier cake for
my son’s 7th birthday party. It was the first
birthday cake that I ever made. My son did all
of the decorating himself with mountains and
dragons. All of his friends were so excited by
this giant cake, including their parents who
enjoyed eating the fresh cream cake. I can
hear, see and feel the happiness. I am proud
of myself to be able to make birthday cakes
which normally I bought.

I can feel, can see picture in my mind, can
hear the admiring words when I think about
this event.

While feelling this happiness and success,
put 10 fingers of both hands together. This is
the signal of happiness and a feeling of
success.

Still keep your hands in that position. Think
about things that excite you. such as day to day make a perfect job. Imagine everything is going to
plan. See yourself dressed, sitting at your
desk with your name and position board on
the front door. Hear yourself give a talk in the
meeting room. Listen to the discussion and
agreement in the end. You can feel the
satisfied feeling. Feel how valuable you are in
your contribution to the organization.

Journey 9: Travel to the Future

Journey 9

Travel to the Future

When I feel lazy, here is what I do:

  • I am in the future. It is the last few minutes
before I pass away. It is the end of my life. I think
back over my time. I never started doing
everything to get the life I want. I feel sorry for
myself for all the time I wasted in my life. I did
not do all the things that I wanted. I was not
being who I want to be. Back in the present, I
have a second chance to start again and I
should do it now.

  • I am in the future. It is the last few minutes
before I pass away. It is the end of my life. I think
back over my time. I have done what I wanted to
do and I have been what I wanted to be. I did
every day the things I wanted to do and I do not
feel regret about the passing of time. I have done
everything to my full capacity and spent my time
wisely.

  • Tell myself I can do everything and be
successful.

Journey 8: Confident Practice

Practice:

1st Minute: Think about a success story from
the past.

2nd Minute: Stand in front of the mirror and
think of the people who love you. Look at
yourself the way those people who love you
would look at you.

3rd Minute: Still look at yourself in the mirror.
Admire yourself for 1 minute.

4th Minute: Recapture the feeling of
confidence, how you see and how you hear.

 Imagine how good your life would be ifyou had power and high confidence.
 
Build that image bigger, brighter, and
louder and the feeling clearer.

  
 Think about this feeling of confidence
and success 24 hours in advance of
when you need it.


5th Minute: Make a list of the things that
occurred to you during the previous 4
minutes. Choose the most challenging one
and start it in the next 24 hours.

Confidence


When people say they are not confident at all or not
confident enough to do anything, that is the reason
why things still have not been created in this world.
There are a lot of people who always say what they
want to do, what they want to be and what they want
to create, but they just have not got the confidence
to be, to do or to make it happen. Therefore, just
create the confidence, and make things happen.

Journey 7: How to make " Can"

Practice: 7

- Think about your model. A person who isvery confident and outstanding that you want
to copy.

- Think about the way that person stands, sits,
smiles, talks and moves.

- See what this person does in each action
again and again.

- Move yourself to get inside that person. See,
hear and feel their feelings.

- Think about how that person stands, sits,
smiles, talks and moves. Feel the feeling
from inside that body.

- Repeat again and again until you can feel the
feelings of that model person.
