Practice:
1st Minute: Think about a success story fromthe past.
2nd Minute: Stand in front of the mirror and
think of the people who love you. Look at
yourself the way those people who love you
would look at you.
3rd Minute: Still look at yourself in the mirror.
Admire yourself for 1 minute.
4th Minute: Recapture the feeling of
confidence, how you see and how you hear.
Imagine how good your life would be ifyou had power and high confidence.
Build that image bigger, brighter, and
louder and the feeling clearer.
Think about this feeling of confidence
and success 24 hours in advance of
when you need it.
5th Minute: Make a list of the things that
occurred to you during the previous 4
minutes. Choose the most challenging one
and start it in the next 24 hours.
