Can

People are always confused about the word “copy”.
For some it can be very bad but for others it is good.
It can be considered that if that thing has an
ownership or belongs to someone, it is not a good
idea to take it or copy it.

However, since we were born, we always learnt by
copying from people around us. At first we copy
from our parents to learn how to survive in this
world, and then we keep practising and we become
expert. Finally, we create our own unique style.

1. Find out the area in your body where the bad
feeling happens. Observe if this feeling
always happens at the same time, always
happens at the same location or always
happens with a specific person.

2. What kind of feeling is this and what is this
feeling trying to tell you? After you realise, tell
your subconscious mind that you
acknowledge. If it is about anger or
disappointment, you will solve the problem
within 24 hours.

3. Then the feeling in your body will disappear
and be replaced with one of relaxation.

Wisdom

  • Anger: when the boundary has been crossed. It is the sign to fight or to accept.
  • Fear: sign to be cautious.
  • Disappointment: when you did not get what you expected. After reviewing and thinking about it carefully, there are choices to redo, cancel or change the target.
  • Guilt: when you cannot get to the expected level. It is a signal not to repeat the same mistake again. Resolve the problem and find ways to be successful.
  • Sadness: when there is something missing from our life, a love lost or we have to give up something.

kind of person someone is. I can see from their
body, how they act, how they walk and how they sit.
Their actions can tell me the way they are thinking,
their opinions and the process of their thinking. All of
their actions are the results from their brain thinking.

  • Watch your success stories in the future.Listen to the song and observe your face, your posture and your eyes.
     
  • Keep watching the stories while relaxing and
    being happy.
     
  • When you are ready, get in to the event. See
    from those eyes, listen from those ears and
    feel the successful feeling.
     
  • Expanding the picture bigger, sound louder,
    and feel stronger.
     
  • Observe where you can feel the strongest
    feeling in your body. Paint it with pink colour
    then, move this pink colour all over your
    body.
  • Increase the colour. Make it twice as bright
    and come back to present. Remember that
    feeling of success and confidence.

Journey 4 Images in Mind





Images in Mind


Sometimes you can see events which have not
happened yet but will happen in the future sooner or
later. It is not magic but it is a rehearsal before the
real event happens. This process can happen
automatically when we think about it.

For example,when I am planning to travel abroad, I can see
myself buy a flight ticket, pack my suitcase and go
to the airport to check in.
Although these events have not occurred yet, it
benefits us to see the pictures in advance. This lets
us prepare and get ready to act when the time
arrives.

Our nervous system cannot detect the difference
between a real event or a made-up story. For
example, when you think about a happy story from
the past, you can feel happy while we are in the
present.
